A new pathway to introduce football clubs to the capital markets. OutField advised on the structuring of a customized credit vehicle designed to support financial discipline, improve access to capital and enable more efficient liability management.
Strategies
- Develop a customized credit structure tailored to the Club's needs, supported by three pillars: governance rules as a counterpart to maintain financial discipline; OutField's role as financial advisor throughout the structure; and reduction and optimization of bank and other liabilities.
